• Someone in a community who interested in starting a Big Brothers Big Sisters program, Boys and Girls Club, or other service for children and youth

• The questions you must consider to develop a program or club that meets your community’s needs

• To be aware of the processes entailed in developing a new Big Brothers Big Sisters program or Boys and Girls Club (Chapters 1- 4)
• To understand the initial steps you need to take to “test the waters” and explore your dream of developing a new program or club (Chapter 1)
